In episode three of “Talking Pittsburgh w/ Mayor Peduto,” the Mayor talks about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and how Congress needs to take it slow when it comes to trying to reform the healthcare act. He also discusses current issues with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) and what that means for the safety of Pittsburgh’s drinking water, including the City’s partnership with Peoples Gas and PWSA to provide free point-of-entry filtration systems to reduce lead levels in our drinking water. Teachers Union Endorses Peduto For Mayor

On Thursday, the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers (PFT400) announced its endorsement of Mayor Bill Peduto for the 2017 primary election. They made their endorsements after candidates completed a survey regarding their position on a variety of issues important to PFT400 members and were interviewed.
