We have some initial polling numbers in, and we wanted to be sure to share some of them with you.

Voters in Pittsburgh generally feel the city is heading in the right direction (68% vs. 22% who disagree). Voters have a strong, positive assessment of Mayor Peduto (74% vs. 15% negative) and he has a job approval rating of 63%.

Mayor Peduto holds a commanding lead over both Darlene Harris and Rev. John Welch. In a 3-way matchup, the mayor has the support of 57% of voters, followed by Darlene Harris at 10% and John Welch at 8%. Only 24% of voters remain undecided.

With the campaign up-and-running, we would like to invite you to join the team! Can you volunteer an afternoon or weekend to help Mayor Peduto’s re-election? Sign-up here, and we will follow-up to find the best place for you to help out.

Sincerely,
Keyva Clark
Campaign Manager, People for Peduto
