Sunday, August 9th, will see the 2015 “Manchester House + Garden Tour.” This North Side neighborhood is an historic district where many are working hard at preserving its early nineteenth century-built Late Victorian-style buildings and early twentieth century architecture. The tour gives Pittsburghers a chance to see some of the city’s most beautiful and unique homes–and lovely gardens–in a neighborhood of diverse people.

This year’s event will have more than just beautiful homes and gardens. There will also be live music, crafts, and food from Manchester residents and local businesses to enjoy–including yummy treats from Bunny Loves BBQ, and from popular food trucks from Franktuary, PGH Halal, and Kona Ice. And, if you desire a more relaxing day, you can hop a ride on one of the Green Gears Pedicabs along the tour route.

Come out and make a day of it!
